The time has come once again to nominate women of Filipino heritage in Queensland, who have achieved to become the best they can be, help others and support the local community in their own special way. Please check back on this website as further dates and information will be displayed here as soon as it is released. Bookings need to be made with the Embassy in Canberra directly, not through us.
Changes to the Philippine Consulate in Brisbane
Mabuhay! We have been busy working hard on making the Consulate more user friendly for the Philippine Community in Brisbane and Queensland.
It is important to note that our office is run by wonderful volunteers who kindly donate their time and patience servicing the Queensland and Northern NSW region. Our mobile phone service is not currently answered, however diverts callers to our website for further information on our services and so they can make appointments. We do check the voicemail system daily and if your message is urgent, we do endeavour to return your call within 24 hours.

NBI Clearance Forms can now be ordered online from our website through our NBI Page;
Acknowledgement (red ribbon) now occurs every Wednesday by appointment only, appointments can be requested through our website's Notorial Page;
Visa's are through Appointment or Mail Service only. Appointments can be requested through our website on the Visa Page.
The Consulate has moved to the Brisbane CBD Please note that the Consulate has moved to a more convenient location in the CBD. Our CBD office is open on Wednesday’s from 1100 and 1600 for Acknowledgement (red ribbon) and other urgent items such as Visas, Passport Extensions and Travel Documents. Full address is advised once appointment is confirmed. NO WALK-INS will be accepted. The office at Bowen Hills was closed on Friday 13th May 2016.
NBI Clearance All NBI Clearance Applications will be by MAIL SERVICE. Requests for application forms to be posted are available on our NBI PAGE.
Holiday Visa’s Visa Applications can be made via APPOINTMENT ONLY or via MAIL SERVICE. Please visit our VISA PAGE for more information.
